Waterland wanted to explore how their brand could evolve for the future. I led several workshops to develop three distinct propositions, ranging from a subtle refinement to a radical shift. Working alongside a strategist and UX designer, I helped them find a middle ground that felt both new and familiar.

While keeping their existing logo and primary colors, I created a visual language where tones blend to form natural, organic imagery. I also provided art direction for their photography, ensuring the new website felt aligned with their strategic goals and a clear sense of purpose.
